Gadolinium tris (N,N-dimethyaminodiboranate ) Gd(BH3-NMe2-BH3)3 (among several other analogous lanthanide complexes) was synthesized and characterized.
The complex is highly volatile – its sublimes at temperatue as low as 65°C/vacuo, and was reported to be useful as gadolinium CVD precursor.[i]
