Chromiumcycloheptatrienyls - carbonyls-hydrides
(Cycloheptatriene)tricarbonylchromium, (C,H,)Cr(CO)3, has been mentioned to be useful for preparation of chromium-containing layers by CVD, however the deposits had >85% carbon contamination presumably originating from the cycloheptatriene ring. [[i]]
