SODIUM-COPPER ALKOXIDES-β-DIKETONATES

Bis[sodium-copper bis(trifluoroisopropoxide)] (2,2,6,6-tetramethylheptane-3,5-dionate) [NaCu[OCH(CF3)2]2(thd)]m

Bis[sodium-copper bis(trifluoroisopropoxide)] (2,2,6,6-tetramethylheptane-3,5-dionate) [NaCu[OCH(CF3)2]2(thd)]m  (M =) was synthesized by reaction between YNa3[OCH(CF3)2]6(THF)3 and Cu(thd)2 and characterizedby FT-IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 9F), TGA and mass spectrometry. The complex was reported to be sublimable (with retention of the stoichiometry between Na and Cu) and thus potentially applicable as Na-Cu single source MOCVD precursor [i]
