SILVER SUCCINIMIDE ADDUCTS

Silver succinimide trimethylphosphite adduct Ag(NC4H4O2) (P(OMe)3)2

Silver succinimide trimethylphosphite adducts [Ag(NC4H4O2) · (P(OMe)3)] and [Ag(NC4H4O2) · (P(OMe)3)2] were synthesized and characterized. The molecular structure of [Ag(NC4H4O2) · (P(OMe)3)]  was determined by single crystal XRD.

[Ag(NC4H4O2) · (P(OMe)3)2] was tested as precursor for the deposition of Ag layers by MOCVD. The thin films obtained were characterized by SEM and EDX, they indicated that homogeneous and dense Ag layers were obtained.[[i]]
