Tellurium (IV) tetrakis(N,N’-dimethylacetamidinate) was synthesized from TeCl4 and lithium N,N’-dimethylacetamidinate.
Te(M,N’-Me2acetamidinate)4 was proposed as potential precursor for the growth of Te –contaning layers by ALD.[i]
