Manganese acetyl tetracarbonyl dialkyltellurium adducts Mn(MeCO)(CO)4(TeR2) (R=Me, Et, iPr) and manganese propionyl tetracarbonyl diethyltellurium adduct Mn(EtCO)(CO)4(TeEt2) of Mn,Te-contaning films.
Thus, pyrolysis of the compounds Mn(R’-C=O) (CO)4(TeR2)
(with R’= Me, R = Me, Et , iPr; and R′ = Et, R = Et) under typical MOCVD conditions (H2 stream, 175–225°C) produced metal-like films containing manganese and tellurium. [[i]]
