Cr(NO3)3 was aplied as precursor for the spray pyrolysis deposition of the p-type transparent conductive Mg- and N- codoped Cr2O3 on glass substrates. N doping enhances the specular transparency of the films in the visible range (400-700 nm), Mg improves the conductivity while retaining material p-type. Co-doping with both Mg and N produces p-type oxide with a low resistivity of 3 Ω cm and transmission up to 65% for a 150 nm thick film.[892]
