Tert-butylzinc diethyldithiocarbamate Zn(tBu)( S2C-NEt2)
Neopentylzinc and tert-butylzinc diethyldithiocarbamates ( [Zn(CH2tBu)(S2C-NEt2)] and [Zn(tBu)(Se2C-NEt2) ] ) have been synthesized and characterized. Both compound have been tested as single-source precursors for deposition ZnS thin films by MOCVD. [[i] ]
