Zirconium (IV) ketominates

 Zirconium tetrakis-ketoiminates were considered as potential MOCVD precursors. However, the tested Zr(HONacac)4 and Zr(HNthd)4 have low volatility (high residues in TGA) and they seem to be not suitable precursors for ALD.
