Disodium-copper tetrakis(trifluoroisopropoxide) Na2Cu[OCH(CF3)2]4 (M =) was synthesized (as thf adduct Na2Cu[OCH(CF3)2]4(THF)4) by reaction between YNa3[OCH(CF3)2]6(THF)3
and copper halide) and characterizedby FT-IR, NMR (1H, 13C, 9F), TGA and mass spectrometry. The complex was reported to be volatile (sublimes with loss of THF ligand, but retention of the
stoichiometry between Na and Cu) and therefore is potentially applicable as Na-Cu single source MOCVD precursor [i]
