Sodium bis(isobutyldimethylsilylamide) {Na[N(SiMe2iBu)]}2 was reported to be the first distillable liquid sodium compound. It has dimeric structure (Fig.) .
{Na[N(SiMe2iBu)]}2 is volatile and has been applied for CVD of sodium hydroxide [[i]]
