Volatile mixed ligand all N-coordinated hydrazide ligand-containing ( 1,1-dimethyl-2-(trimethylsilyl)hydrazido (TDMH)) niobium complex [Nb (TDMH)2(=NtBu)(NMe2)] was proposed and preliminary tested for use as precursor in MOCVD of NbN layers.[i]
